What exactly do National Autos do?

National Autos is an independent vehicle sourcing service.
We help businesses and individuals source brand-new and quality used vans and cars at competitive prices through our long-standing relationships with UK main dealers and fleet suppliers.

Because of the volume we work with and the dealer networks we use, we are often able to access strong discounts compared with walking into a dealership directly. Where possible, these savings are passed on to our customers.

Why use National Autos instead of going direct to a main dealer?

Are the vehicles UK sourced or imports?

All vehicles are UK main dealer supplied.
We do not supply imports.

Does the vehicle come with full manufacturer warranty and paperwork?

Yes.
As vehicles are supplied via UK main dealers, they come with:

Full manufacturer warranty

All relevant documentation

Road fund licence (where applicable)

Manufacturer-authorised delivery and handover

What is the order process?

Most customers contact us once they have an idea of the type of vehicle they need.

Once specifications are agreed:

We source suitable options

Explain pricing and availability

Confirm delivery times

You can then decide how (or if) you wish to proceed.

How do I pay for the vehicle?

In many cases, payment can be made directly to the supplying dealer.

If finance is required:

National Autos does not provide finance

We can introduce you to FCA-authorised finance providers or dealer-arranged finance

All finance documentation is handled directly by the lender

Vehicles are delivered by authorised drivers. Transporter deliveries may incur a small charge.

Is an initial deposit required?

Typically:

Vehicles up to £20,000 may require a £750 deposit

Higher-value vehicles may require a slightly larger deposit

Exact amounts are confirmed before any commitment.

Do National Autos offer van finance?

No.
National Autos does not provide finance or regulated financial advice.

Where finance is required, we can introduce customers to FCA authorised finance providers or work with dealer arranged finance. All decisions are made by the lender.

Can you help if I’ve been refused finance elsewhere?

Possibly.
A refusal elsewhere does not always mean there are no options.

National Autos does not assess credit, but we can introduce customers to FCA-authorised providers who review each case individually.

What does “non-prime” finance mean?

“Non-prime” is a general industry term for customers whose circumstances fall outside standard lending criteria.

National Autos does not offer finance or credit advice.
All assessments and decisions are made solely by FCA-authorised lenders.
